Cookie Butter Cold Brew

The coziest cookie butter cold brew you’ll ever sip. Here’s your ultimate recipe for a Cookie Butter Cold Brew to elevate your winter vibes.

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz The Nova Cold Brew Concentrate
  • 2 oz water
  • 4 oz milk (your choice of dairy or non-dairy)
    • We used Califia Farms Cookie Butter Almond Milk Creamer as a secret cheat code
    • The heavier fat content > the thicker the cold foam
  • 2 tbsp cookie butter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • Crushed Biscoff cookies for garnish

Instructions:

To Make the Cookie Butter Mixture:

  1. In a small bowl, combine the cookie butter, cinnamon, and brown sugar.
  2. Warm on low heat or for 10-15 seconds in the microwave and stir until smooth.
    • HIGH HEAT WILL BURN YOUR COOKIE BUTTER (happened too many times to us, tbh).

Prepare the Cold Brew:

  1. In a glass, mix 2 oz of The Nova Cold Brew Concentrate with 2 oz of water.

Cloud Foam:

  1. In a separate cup, add the milk and a pinch of cinnamon.
  2. Use an electric frother on the lightest setting, holding it near the top to aerate until the milk becomes frothy and light.

Assemble the Drink:

  1. Add ice to the glass with the cold brew mixture.
  2. Pour the cookie butter mixture into the cold brew and stir well.

Top It Off:

  1. Gently add the cloud foam on top for an indulgent finish.
  2. Garnish with crushed Biscoff cookies.
