Ingredients:
- 2 oz The Nova Cold Brew Concentrate
- 2 oz water
- 4 oz milk (your choice of dairy or non-dairy)
- We used Califia Farms Cookie Butter Almond Milk Creamer as a secret cheat code
- The heavier fat content > the thicker the cold foam
- 2 tbsp cookie butter
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- Crushed Biscoff cookies for garnish
Instructions:
To Make the Cookie Butter Mixture:
- In a small bowl, combine the cookie butter, cinnamon, and brown sugar.
- Warm on low heat or for 10-15 seconds in the microwave and stir until smooth.
