Botanist is a blend of Peruvian and Ecuadorian coffees, with a small amount of a Costa Rican coffee blended in. This coffee is roasted to a medium to bring out the fruity notes, while also keeping a low acidity. The Peru brings a soft nuttiness, the Ecuador brings a creamy sugar note, and the Costa Rica brings in the fruitiness of plums. The Ecuadorian coffee is certified organic, and the Costa Rican coffee is a black honey process.
