Strawberry Jam Latte - Brewpoint Coffee

Cottagecore baddies, grab the wicker baskets and indulge in the sweet-slight-tart flavors of this classic Strawberry Jam Latte, where the natural sweetness of fresh strawberries meets the rich depth of The Nova Cold Brew Concentrate.

Ingredients:

  • 5 fresh strawberries
  • 3 teaspoons of brown sugar
  • 2 oz. of The Nova Cold Brew Concentrate
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
  • 4 oz. of milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • Ice

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Strawberry Syrup:
    • In a small saucepan, combine 5 fresh strawberries (hulled and sliced) and 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract.
    • Bring the mixture to a slow simmer over medium-low heat. Stir occasionally and let the strawberries cook until they soften and mostly puree.
    • Add 3 teaspoons of brown sugar, stirring until fully dissolved.
    • Continue simmering until the syrup is fully cooked through and slightly thickened.
      • N★VA NOTICE: Not into the visual chunky texture of fresh strawberries? Use a blender to blend your strawberry mixture for a super nova-smooth consistency.
  2. Cool the Syrup:
    • Once cooked, remove the syrup from heat and allow it to cool.
    • Transfer the syrup to a container and let it cool completely.
  3. Assemble the Latte:
    • Pour half of the strawberry syrup into the bottom of your glass.
    • Fill the glass with ice.
    • Slowly pour 4 oz. of milk over the ice.
    • Top with 2 oz. of The Nova Cold Brew Concentrate to create a beautiful layered effect.
  4. Capture the Moment:
    • Take a photo of your layered Strawberry Cold Brew Latte for aesthetic purposes, of course (& tag us @brewpointcoffee)
  5. Mix and Enjoy:
    • Stir well to combine the layers and enjoy your refreshing, fruit-forward latte.
  6. Store the Syrup:
    • Refrigerate the remaining strawberry syrup to use tomorrow.

N★VA Notice: Separation is natural. Mix mix mix.
