The Sweet Potato Mallow Latte tastes like our favorite season. Featuring an autumnal-forward decadently rich profile with a slight tinge of fluffiness, we'll be sporting a hand-crocheted balaclava and making this all season long.
Ingredients:
- 2 oz. of The Nova Cold Brew Concentrate
- 4 oz. of hot water
- 2 teaspoons of sweet potato puree
- 4 teaspoons of maple syrup
- 3 teaspoons of marshmallow fluff
- 2 dashes of cinnamon
- Milk (your choice, we used oat)
Instructions:
- Dissolve the Marshmallow Fluff: In a cup, combine 4 oz. of hot water with 3 teaspoons of marshmallow fluff. Stir continuously until the fluff is fully dissolved and the mixture is smooth.
- Mix the Base: Once the marshmallow fluff is dissolved, add 2 oz. of The Nova Cold Brew Concentrate to the cup and stir to combine.
- Add Sweet Potato: Stir in 2 teaspoons of sweet potato puree until it's well incorporated.
- N★VA NOTICE: You can use baked sweet potato mashed, baby food sweet potato, or canned sweet potato puree.
- Sweeten It Up: Add 4 teaspoons of maple syrup (to start), stirring until fully mixed.
- Milk: Top off with your favorite milk (we used oat, because duh).
- Finish with Cinnamon: Sprinkle 2 dashes of cinnamon (or pumpkin spice) on top for an aromatic finish.
- Serve: Enjoy your Sweet Potato-Mallow Latte, a creamy, sweet, and spiced treat.
